Updating Phone Number and/or Email Update

Please follow the process below if you are in need of updating your phone number and/or email with KINTO. 

KINTO App:

1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to Account > Edit Account (Link below your name)
3. Enter the new phone number and/or email and submit
4. A verification code will be sent to the new number. A confirmation email will be sent to the email. Enter the code or confirm email for updates. 

If you wish to contact our customer service team, we will require additional verification to make updates to your account.

2. Provide account verification details:
   • First and Last name on KINTO account
   • Date of Birth
   • Address on file
   • If updating phone number: current number on account
   • If updating email: current email on account
   • Provide updated phone number and/or email address
3. A customer service agent will assist with the update if all information matches, and provide a confirmation that update has been completed
4. Depending on what has been updated either a phone number or email, a verification code will be sent for confirmation, In addition, a notification will be sent to your old contact as a notification
