During the application process, we request a selfie check, requiring you to upload a photo of yourself with your driver's license. The image must be clear as this is necessary to confirm that the applicant is the same individual as in the driver's license.
ACCEPTABLE PHOTO
The app will prompt you to take your selfie photo holding your drivers license. An acceptable photo should have the following elements:
- No hats or sunglasses (eyeglasses and religious garments are accepted)
- Full face and top of shoulders
- Good lighting
- Not blurry
- Only one person in the picture
- Face is centered in the frame
- Drivers license is clear and visible
IMAGE REJECTED
Suppose the image is unacceptable due to the driver's license not being shown, the same individual is not on the license, or the photo is blurry; we will contact you by email asking you to retake and upload the image to the KINTO app.

Listen I'm having difficulties
So am I . .Ive done it multiple times same as the example being shown to us, it continues to say same error message. This is now going over weeks of me trying. I don't understand why we need to do this when we been already checked and cleared from Uber.
For us to pay for $25 back round check seems really wrong since we already gone threw this process fr Uber.

I’ve had exactly the same issues as everyone else signed in multiple times always rejected if they can’t get this right howmessed up is the app when you try to return a car or pick up? everything else should be done before they do the background check instead of just stealing your money.
Where do I upload the pictures? Am I supposed to receive an email, text, or notification link here?
