Canceling a Reservation

You may cancel your reservation within 24 hours to receive a full refund using the KINTO app with no penalty if you do so before your scheduled start time.  

If you do not complete the cancellation process in the KINTO app and no show for your reservation, the prepaid payment will not be refunded. 

Please note refund processing takes 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution's processing.
