    The Goodyear staff deserve kudos for assisting me with a major KINTO clu$terf**k that I walked into this morning. It wasn't their problem but without their help it would have only gotten worse. Thank you gentlemen, each of you deserves a raise. And the KINTO help desk employee named "Paul" who originally had my help desk ticket should be fired immediately for his unacceptable and shameful conduct.
